Our traditional dishes are simple and flavorful, prepared using the finest organic ingredients in classic recipes that have been refined using time-honored culinary techniques.  Because we use organically grown ingredients and avoid any artificial additives, our meals are not only delicious—they’re healthy, nutritious, and satisfying as well.

We buy many of our ingredients from regional family farmers whenever possible, and in every Organic Classics meal, we include our promise to honor the hard work and commitment of sustainable organic production and to respect the ecological balance of our environment.  We guarantee that all of our farmers provide humane living conditions for their farm animals, ensure freedom of movement, and never feed them growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
